The main lobby of the hotel is beautiful the rooms are OK. There are other hotels that cost less in Jamaica that have better amenities in the room. Also the staff treats white people and accommodate them more than other races and ethnicities at the hotel which is discrimination. For the priceIt’s overrated. The jerk chicken hut is good but the rest of the food is mediocre

I went to Moon Palace Resort for my 24th birthday and loved everything about it. From the airport transportation, staff, room service, food and amenities it was perfect. No complaints here!

The property is very clean every one is jovial entertaining but professional, the activities available at the hotel was the best I’ve seen , not the mention the food and drinks are exquisite and well prepared best resort I’ve been to looking fawoud to coming back very soon ..

The property was great. Several activities to do. Very clean with several staff members constantly santizing different areas. The food wasn't great, my best meal was at their Momo's restaurant with the food being prepared by Christopher aka "blackanesse".

The trip to Moon Palace was excellent overall , we enjoyed the food offerings , the restaurants were great, the bars were great and we loved the service front entering to when left, they showed they cared and for that we were grateful. The vibe was fun and the energy was real .. hassle free and premium facilities. We are looking forward to another visit and also Cancun!!

It was a terrible experience Extremely poor management especially in the transportation department. They literally stole $216 from me for transportation. I called for transportation at the airport and I cancelled it 5minutes later (literally), the person we spoke to said okay and they still charged the money to my room and wouldn’t take it off. Although Package says transportation included, it’s a lie. So many other things happened. Book at your own risk because I’ve been to many resorts and never got treated this way especially at 5star hotels. Good luck

the property was nice, but the staffing was rude except for that one bartender, she is short and light skin, I forgot her name, she went out of her way to please us. I will never go back to that hotel, I was expecting better service especially during this pandemic, my visit should have been appreciated

The stay was wonderful. The staff is helpful and welcoming, the facilities are clean and modern and the food is excellent with a variety of options. During this period of COVID , sanitation protocols are being followed adequately with sanitation areas and social distancing.

Awesome all inclusive resort with friendly staff, good food and great entertainment. I will go back again.
