Very big rooms :) but no hot water ... Manager at night could not speak English

This hotel is in an excellent location - everything is walkable and lots of nice cafes on your doorstep. The staff during the day speak excellent English and are very helpful (night staff also did their best to help via Google translate). Rated comfort and condition as good based on the price we paid which was extremely cheap - these things obviously not 5 star but was very clean which was the main thing we cared about. If the hotel was looking to do improvements would suggest black out curtains/curtains that actually fitted the windows, fitted sheets on the bed and the shower could perhaps be looked at as we did run out of water on a few occasions but we would definitely stay here again if we came back to Vladivostok.

I mostly was satisfied with the services of the hotel. The staffs were very kind to me and the room was tidy. But I wasn't satisfied with some facilities like a shower, an air conditioner and a light. These items were hardly functional. I couldn't take a shower with warm water. This is what I want the hotel to resolve. Thanks for all staffs!

I stayed for 5 nights and could compare with another hotel near the centre of Vladivostok. Location is perfect enough, the room I stayed was not much satisfaction because of a heating system. It was chilly on the floor and Hot water from shower wasn't stable. It was sightly given unpleasant time. But Staff there were nice!

다른건 다 좋은데 방음이 안돼요.

전반적으로 침실이 깔끔하고 주변 관광지 방문하기에 좋았습니다. 가성비 좋았습니다. 다만 한가지 단점을 꼽는다면 침대가 너무 푹신했던 것입니다. 그라고 물 냄새 난다고했는데 그 부분은 저희 친구들 뿐만 아니라 저도 잘 못느꼈습니다. 전 만족합니다.

언덕길이라고 해서 많이 걱정했는데, 무난한 경사입니다. 방을 2개 사용하였는데 방 하나의 화장실에선 묵은 가구 냄새같은게 납니다. 그거 빼고는 따뜻하고, 깨끗합니다. 콘도로 생각하셔도 될 듯합니다. 방에 물은 갖다놓지않으니, 데스크에서 가져가시면 됩니다

숙소도 깨끗하고 넓고 아늑하고 주방에 식기도구들과 세탁기에 빨래건조대에 있을건 다있는곳이였어요 최고 모든 관광지를 걸어서 갈수있는 위치도 대만족 재방문의사 100퍼센트에요

방이름도..모양도 다른데.. 계속 같은거래요;;; 더블룸인데.. 더블은 어디 갔는지.. 대화도 안돼고 답답합니다... 짐은 잘 맡겨줍니다.
