It took 20 minutes for the check in person to check us in and we were the only people in line! It seemed like he was very confused. Other than that, it was a really nice place.

The setting is stunning and recreation facilities are superb. The location is convenient and walkable to shopping and restaurants but far away enough for it to be quiet and tranquil.

My guest was told i canceled. She advised i didnt. They told her they could see i did. I showed them my confirmation. She said no it was for another day. I showed her it was for when i said. Then several of them were talking and acting like i still didnt have a reservation paid for. The process took a awhile. I wasn't treated like others that were there. It was really poor treatment. The couch makes all this noise and is not comfortable at all!!!! There was not coffee for 2, or anything extra. The blinds are off track in living room and wont stay open or closed completely. Just sad. Ac doesn’t work so well. Jacuzzis are dirty! Not sure about anything else at this point as not fished

I didn't receive the room I paid for. Staff not so helpful and moving slow.

I did not like the fact that we had to check out for one day due to a room reassignment. I’m aware that this is a time share facility. The move was not a problem but just a minor inconvenience. Overall the the 6 night stay was enjoyable.

Unit was very clean and huge. Only maybeva mile from DT Palm Springs. The free bike rentals was a very nice touch.

Very polite staff, clean lobby, great place overall.

Location is perfect with so many restaurants/shops nearby. Secure underground parking. Unfortunately due to Covid, Spencer's wasn't open. Everyone was taking precautions, like wearing masks, with Covid. Pools were open with limitation to number of guests at one time.

I made these reservation a month in advance for my sons birthday. When I got into town I called to see if I could get in early she said it would be a couple hours our room was being cleaned OK so we went and had lunch shopped , we go into town at least once a month, we know our way around. Anyway call a few hours later STILL not ready, check in is at 430 , went then STILL not ready YET everyone that walked in AFTER us got there room. THEN I asked for a specific area when I reserved, front on street NOT against the mountains, NOPE THE HOTEL IS FULL not available. So all in all , we use to stay here often with the previous owners BUT not happy with the kurt staff. AND the town is still semi closed so there really isn't much I'd go back for awhile.

The 2 nights and 3 days stay were very relaxing and we had an amazing time.
