Great hotel for the cricket, so quiet comfey beds, love the continental breakfast in the room a real treat breakfast in bed. Lovely staff welcoming and friendly. Definitely value for money.

Room With A View

Lovely friendly welcome and during our stay. Room very spacious with a great view of the cricket pitch, none on while we were there and no access to the stands from the room. Brilliant location for Leeds with buses running very close. Could do with some more storage in the bathroom and guess it could be noisy when busy as people were obviously in the room next door for our second night and we could hear them quite well. Not much to be done about the planes directly overhead at times, but didn’t affect us too much. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if no cricket on as parking wouldn’t be quite so convenient with spectators parking as well.

Lovely room, great view - room was rather warm

Easy parking included in stay, swift check in with some added local advice on local eateries. Room was large, clean & comfortable with an excellent new & modern bathroom with walk in shower. Stunning views of cricket ground with tea, coffee, fridge etc. Only negative was the temperature of the room - it was very hot from the large picture window. A room fan was supplied but this sent enough to impact the temp sadly. Completely understand desire to showcase the ‘view’ but perhaps housekeeping could consider closing the curtains to manage the temperatures.

great hotel, really friendly staff and great view over the cricket pitch and western terrace! dead easy walk from Burley Park station and access to the city centre via bus/ uber or a brisk walk!
