Beautiful property and wonderful service.

Very artsy and retro, some would say turn of the century design. Heated pool for a late night dip, outdoor fire place super cute. Room was cute don’t bring your own devices to attach to the TV guest services will also remind you, they’re not high tech TVs. This place was also being sticklers with noise level, at no point were my partner or I being loud to receive calls from the front desk. So that was mildly annoying. But very cute place

There was no sign that the lobby has moved to a different hotel next door when we arrived at night . The bathroom toilet was stucked, Had to open the cover to flush , the floor was dusty . They charged $39 extra per night for the resort use , just for the pool during COVID ? The only good thing is that the location is close to everything , and the service was fine . We won’t go back ,

I loved the throw-back decor, the rooms were spacious with continental breakfast and happy hour every day. They followed all the safe distance and cleanliness practices for Covid-19. The restaurant was a little pricey but they are right next to downtown with hikes only a mile away. Going again!

Very clean and hospitable staff. Bicycles were a plus, breakfast in the morning and the happy hour was all great.

We picked this hotel primarily because of the location and the great reviews it has. However, we were really disappointed upon arrival. The building itself is very charming, but the rooms are pretty outdated and with cheap electronics (TV, AC, the coffee maker didn't even work), the outlets are inconveniently located (away from the bed). The bathroom is tiny. But it would have all been fine if it wasn't for the terrible customer service. Whenever we asked the staff for something (like an extra coffee pod or a working coffee maker), they spoke to us as if they were doing us a favor and looked really annoyed. Lastly, I received a call from the hotel a few days after our stay and was told I'd be charged a $100 lost key fee because they couldn't find the keys in the room, even though we left them in there, as instructed, since we had to leave early in the morning before the reception opened. I've traveled quite a bit and have never experienced such horrible customer service.

We had the suite by the front desk, and it was incredible. Melissa was wonderful too! Location excellent, beds excellent, design excellent, location perfect. Would absolutely stay again...

Stayed 4-days. Great location, rooms are clean and comfortable. However, one couple was obnoxiously fighting till 3am above our room and then we had the electricity go out in our room on the last day with no fix. Ultimately ended up cutting our trip short due to these factors.
