We stayed there for 3 nights - overall it was good value for money. However, the first night the air-conditioning in our room broke down and it soon became really uncomfortable so we phoned the reception. Sadly, the staff who answered the call couldn't quite understand English. After repeating the key ideas a few times, he seemed to know what we meant and he talked briefly with another staff member. We could hear them laughing over the phone, which really irritated us... He did come up and admitted the room was really hot. He did nothing nor offered us to change our rooms but simply open the windows. The night was very difficult for us as it was very noisy outside and we could barely sleep. But they did manage to bring the air-con alive the next day and that was a merit. The staff during the day was very nice as well.
So what we were most dissatisfied about was that the staff at night - that they laughed at our situation - it made us feel very uncomfortable.
