We stayed only one day as we were off but staff helped us we are an older couple and had to climb stairs with luggage. So desk person took one up for us and two great Canadians helped us when I had to bring them down. Restraunt attached had the best pizza we have ever had. For breakfast the sent us down the street to Yoke's very good

The hotel booked a event that played music so loud, it was vibrating things off of tables in the hotel room at 1 o’clock in the morning. I booked in October and they had several months they could have put me in a quieter room.

The hotel was clean and young lady at front desk was very nice and professional. I choose not to stay as the area did not seem very safe. The hotel does not look like the photographs, I left and know I could not get reimbursed. The area is away from the cruise port area and you need to use the transit to get around.

Don't book this hotel. It's in a sketchy, industrial area of East Vancouver, the rooms are tiny, dated and old, and the bathrooms are tiny and dirty. The hotel (more like a hostel) is attached to a bar/music venue, which can be noisy. All rooms are on the 2nd floor, but there is no elevator. The front desk staff seriously told us that if our full-sized luggage was too heavy to lug up the stairs, we could get what we needed from them and leave the luggage downstairs at reception. HARD PASS ON THIS PLACE.

Room was clean and staff super friendly and helpful. the hotel is old, the furniture is worn in places, and windows are thin - so you can hear the traffic. There is a good working AC and coffee/tea machine in the room. Staying here leaves you with a hint of old world rock n roll charm.
