Nossa estadia no Quality Hotel Pampulha foi bastante agradável. O check-in foi rápido, com bom atendimento logo na chegada, o que já deixou uma boa impressão. O quarto era espaçoso, bem cuidado e confortável, oferecendo um ótimo ambiente para descansar. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boa variedade de frutas e pães, além de omeletes e tapiocas preparados na hora, o que valorizou ainda mais a experiência. O Hotel atendeu as expectativas para uma boa noite de descanso ao longo de uma viagem de carro. Oferecia estacionamento, boas instalações e, apesar de ficar longe de comércio ou shopping, o restaurante do Hotel (Dal Grano) nos surpreendeu com uma comida maravilhosa. Um bom café da manhã, e foi tudo ótimo.

Péssimo atendimento, recepção mal humorada e que em momento algum nos ajudou com as malas. O quarto foi arrumado com desleixo, não trocaram as toalhas e deixaram o piso sujo. Ar condicionado não esfriava o quarto, e o estacionamento muito apertado e difícil de manobrar. Não pretendo retornar.
