Nice place to stay

Very comfortable well maintained hotel. Excellent breakfast.

We had reservations at the Little Chief restaurant for our 50th anniversary Good food and the service was excellent

To be clear the hotel is good - the rooms, the restaurant and the facilities are all good. The issue we had was related to parking. On one night of our stay there was a concert on. When we returned to the hotel at 845pm parking relatively near the hotel was was non-existent. The only options were an overflow parking lot which we couldn’t even find the access road to and a muddy, snow covered lot several hundred meters from the hotel. When discussed with the manager on duty he was rude and condescending. This hotel needs to get its act together. On concert nights parking needs to be cordoned off for hotel guests paying hundreds of dollars instead of that prime parking going to concert goers paying much less. At a minimum there needs to be better signage or even better, staff showing where the overflow access is. It is not at all obvious. We stay here a lot as it is a good hotel located close to family and this has happened a few times on previous stays. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously.
