Arriving in the room, a beautiful spacious room with a view and a nice clean bathroom, I immediately noticed that the sheets on the bed were not ironed and therefore all crumpled, as if they had been used for days. Having to deposit money and documents I programmed the safe was broken also due to the lack of the "closed" button and at 5.20pm I returned to the reception reporting the problem. The lady on duty called requesting the intervention of a technician and invited me to return to the room to wait for the intervention. At 7.15pm, as no one came I returned to the reception explaining that I had an appointment for dinner in the centre for 8.15pm and I needed a safe. The lady called the technician who, this time, showed up within 5 minutes but the intervention took over 40 to restore the safe with the consequence that I arrived at the dinner appointment 45 minutes late. Finally, on Monday morning, I left the room at 10:30 to go sightseeing and returned at 16:00 to find that the cleaning service had not yet come and therefore the room remained like that because I went to bed to rest after walking for hours. No one apologized for the inconvenience suffered! The Hotel ultimately needs a more competent and active management and more persons of service.
