There were a lot of "homeless" people who were staying there and just left their shopping carts in front of their rooms.
In my room, someone had taken all of the lamp shades, so everything was just a bare bulb. I got undressed to shower, and then realized there were no towels in the room. The phone in the room didn't work. I called the property on my cellphone and told them I had no towels. The woman at the front desk said she was alone and asked me to come up and get them. (I got dressed, walked from the back of the property to the office, then walked back to begin my shower.)
Everyone at the front desk was amazing. But the rooms and the services need a lot of work. Also, every day my room key wouldn't work. The guy told me your car key, cellphone, watch, etc -- anything can wipe the card, so I just went to the front desk each time I returned so they could fix the key.
I think this property is happy with the un-homed customers it appears to cater to, and just wanted to let everyone else know what to expect.
