We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, friendly staff, and enjoyable atmosphere.

Cozy place but needs a bit of maintenance. Towel bar in bathroom was falling off the wall. A couple of the vertical blind slats were broken. But overall, would stay here again.

Excellent location, big room and nice views—feels like old Palm Springs.

We arrived early, and they held our luggage as we explored until our room was ready. The staff was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat, etc. The hotel says renovated in 2017. That is a joke. Fresh paint on old walls and new furniture doesn’t cut it. Upon arrival I paid a resort fee tax, which would be ok if I felt like I was at a resort. Courtyard was nice, but walls, windows so thin that you hear EVERY conversation at the pool (even when others are speaking at a low tone). No microwave! They provide glasses, plates, and limited silverware, I guess to eat your cold leftovers. The bathtub does not drain, so you have water to your ankles as you shower. None of the knobs/ spicket in the shower match. Stickers on shower tiles for decoration. The toilet was caulked by a 3 year old. Walls poorly patched, not sanded/ evened out before painting. Tile scratched severely. I even had visits from very large roaches!!!!! The ceiling fan is not hard wired, a long cord runs across the ceiling beam, down the wall, to a power strip that is already overloaded. When returning to your room at night there is no switch to turn on the light, must find and pull the cord. Definitely not worth the price, and definitely not worth the “resort” fee that could have paid for a microwave! Staying a LT a regular hotel with basic amenities and no “resort” fee would have been more accommodating. They cut so many corners...check in/ out is across the street at another hotel! Sucked!

Great location with a nice pool. This was a great quiet spot to be and felt very private, but right across from several restaurants, bars, etc.

Small Very cute boutique hotel. Mid mid decor, nice set up. Clean but needs a Paint touch up and calking in the rooms and bathrooms. Towels should be replaced (A tad dingy). No restaurant, never saw any staff. But, the Cool factor of this place, the location and the view make up for the short comings.

We loved our stay at The Three Fifty. Especially during the pandemic, we felt safe here - the hotel was set up well for social distancing (10 rooms total, no more than 2 to a room, no big gatherings by the pool or anything) and guests respected social distancing. You're just a couple of blocks from the main strip of Palm Springs, and a BevMo is next door. Free parking is right out front. The building itself is old, but you just have to accept that as the price reflects it. The walls are thin, the water wouldn't get hot in the shower after a couple of nights (which was fine given the hot desert temps), but the AC was awesome, and we enjoyed using room amenities like the Keurig and provided K-cups, the mini fridge for drinks, and the toiletries provided. Overall, great stay!

Our stay was very Pleasant! We loved that it was a quiet and very clean. we will stay at this property again that's for sure.
