The room was very spacious and quiet. There was a small patio at the back.

The food at the bistro next door was beautiful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and the room was thick of dust. I took photos to go and show the reception but it was locked and closed upon check out... the rooms cleanliness is very terrible the bathroom had mould in multiple places. Working in the travel/cleaning industry, I thought that a motel of this size especially with a bar/bistro on site would be up to standard! It was a disappointing stay.

Great staff. Willing to help out with room issues. Found the room not like we expected from the wotif web site.

A lovely and well located place to stay with a onsite pub and close to Dubbo zoo.

The property was given to me as a family room but it given to as double bedroom is converted into family room. There is no space move around. The balcony was not cleaned and spider webs everywhere we could see some spiders on the bed. It was terrible experience with baby and carpet was terrible. The bathroom plumbing giving a hammering sound all the time we could

Quite disappointing, stains everywhere, then the little things that were lacking such as no sink plug (have a baby so needed to wash bottles), they supply dishwashing liquid but no cloth. Right on a main road intersection and it’s really noisy. Got told to get key from a lock box so no interaction with staff. The path outside our room stank so bad of stinky shoes. No proper sofa as shown in pics, instead a really gross stained block style seat which we tried covering with a blanket but that was also covered in stains. Pretty gross really. Won’t be staying again

This motel would never pass the “the hotel impossible man”. Bathroom had mould everywhere, dirt and dust under basins, viewable from toilet. Carpet needed replacing and vacuuming on arrival. Clumps hair on carpet. Looked nice on arrival but very disappointing on closer inspection. No Cake of soap in bathroom.

The accomodation was average. The pull out bed mattress was covered in plastic and sounded and felt like laying on newspaper. The pool and playground were closed and we were not aware of this prior to staying. There was not much to do. The pub meals and drinks were over priced and the lounge in the pub was also closed. We would of liked to have been notified of what was closed prior to staying here. Staff were nice
