仕事で1週間強滞在しました。短期の滞在だとホテルが便利ですが、長めだと断然こちらが良いです。最新設備のマンションに家具付き普通に暮らせます。キッチンと洗濯機は本当に便利でした。新橋、汐留、御成門、神谷町と全て歩けます。次も必ず利用したいです。

Budget hotel and ordinary service.

I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. However, Hotel did sent someone to resolve it and changed the room.

Muy bonito apartamento , excelente ubicación con dos estaciones del metro cercanas. Varios restaurantes en el área y una alegre vida nocturna. No hay servicio de limpieza en el apartamento y al final de la estancia eres el encargado de sacar la basura. Los electrodomesticos son japoneses pero te dan un documento en inglés de como usarlos, aunque algunos modeles no son los mismos. Excelente opción para quedarse en Tokyo

アパートメントタイプを利用するのは初めてだったので、事前に調べてシャンプー、入浴石けん、ハブラシ、洗濯洗剤など必要そうなものは用意して、到着する頃届くようにあらかじめ送っておきました。 なので、概ね問題なく過ごせました。 自炊用に必要な鍋やフライパン、やかん、電気釜、トースター、電子レンジ、食器類もひととおり揃っていて、ありがたかったです。 ちなみに、寝間着は備え付けられていませんから、用意しておく方が良いでしょう。 コンビニも近い為、足りないモノはコンビニで調達できます。

Mini appartamento in palazzina elegante, nei pressi di importante snodo ferroviario. Buona posizione per visita città, a poca distanza da Ginza e dalla torre di Tokyo. Comodo angolo cottura ma letto a una piazza e mezzo stretto per due persone. Vincolante il pernottamento minimo di 6 notti. A ogni ospite viene assegnata una chiave privata dell'appartamento, in caso di smarrimento viene richiesto (per iscritto) un pagamento di ben 50000 yen!

I was here for a short stay while searching for a longer term apartment (it should be noted this is a "weekly mansion" not a "hotel"). The apartment is nice and clean with most basic things provided. Washer did not have drying function, and model was not included in the long list of how machines operate (no english buttons) that came with the room. Desk is shallow but fine for a laptop. Shimbashi is a business area... not a lot to do there, but plenty of restaurants. Management was very pleasant to work with and helpful.
