When I was checking in the front desk didn’t have any record of me booking through hotels.com even though I had booked hours before check in. The 1st room they gave me smelled like a dead animal, the second smelled like body odor. The 3rd room they gave me smelled like mold but it was better then the first two so I just had to settle because I could cancel or get a refund according to hotels.com. It was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here .
