We had a great stay.

The location is fantastic, the rooms were very clean, wifi works great, and the person in charge of our stay there was incredibly nice and helpful. We left a pair of glasses when we left, she immediately contacted us, and was able to return it before we left Venice. I highly recommend this place, it made our stay in Venice very comfortable.

A propriedade está no coração de Veneza, próxima as principais atrações e próxima a parada de Rialto para o transporte via Vaporetto. Para o nosso check in, Morena foi muito atenciosa, nos enviou todas as indicações e nos esperou na parada de Rialto e nos acompanhou até a propriedade. A propriedade está bem decorada e está em ótimas condições. Poucos detalhes de uso. Apesar de não ter elevador, isso não foi considerado um problema para nós pois já sabíamos que era um edifício antigo. O apartamento é muito silencioso apesar de estar em uma região movimentada. Gostamos muito de nossa estadia e definitivamente nos hosperariamos lá novamente.

Okay for a short trip

The location is close to main attractions. There is no elevator, you need to climb three steep staircases with the luggage. The apartment has two renovated bathrooms which is very useful. The property size is good for Venice (a living room and a separate bedroom) , but feels way too cluttered. No view from the windows which you cannot open anyway because of the mosquitoes. No washer. AC works fine. Okay for 1-2 nights stay.

Great stay at a great price!

Great little place centrally located with all the necessities! Hosts were wonderful and accommodated travel delays. Super close to Rialto bridge, St. Marks Square and water taxi lines. Also close to food and shopping. Right in the heart of Venice! Would highly recommend!

The apartment was well located and we could walk everywhere near Rialto. Morena, our host, was on time to give us keys and very attentive in our check in, gave us maps and recommendations for dinner. However, a big disappointment in this stay was that we could not have a hot shower in the time we were there. We asked and supposedly it takes a while to get hot, but it never warmed up. In my opinion, unacceptable in a property at this price point.

Communication with Morena was great from day 1 (before arrival) until after our departure was excellent. She was very helpful during the course of our trip.
