전망도좋고 청결상태도 좋았고 새호텔이라 깨끗해서좋았습니다 침대도 편안해 잘잤습니다 단 하우스키핑 타올 주문하고 오래걸린전이 아쉬웠네요

접근성 및 청결도 등 모든면에서 높게 평가합니다. 제주도 가면 항상 빠레브 이용해요.

가성비좋은 호텔입니다. 다음에 가족과와도 좋을꺼같아요

One night stay. The room was clean and spacious for 3 adults and two kids. The gym is very nice. It’s $3 to enter for guests. I only wish the cafe was opened for coffee.

The hotel is very comfortable, and I like the balcony which can let me breath the autumn breeze outside

I liked the room and the beds were comfortable. The sauna and breakfast buffet were great. The coffee shop is good and the barista tries to make just the right coffee with the best skill and quality. However, the two staff upon check-in were friendly but when I asked about s handicapped because I have trouble standing because of my legs and knees from an illness in the hospital, the one gentleman just said we have a double bed room but he did not say much more about it and kept doing what he was doing. I would have gladly paid extra money to have a handicapped room. This was very disappointing and I felt like both of the staff members didn’t care.He did apologize to me when so mentioned it to him in check out. I looks everything about the hotel but it seems when I have some issue or concern, there was no care from them .
