Great staff , kernel Perry and the bar staff were amazing.

Unfortunately I have little positive to say about our stay. The room was clean and the beach is pretty. Jason was great in the bar. That's the positives. The rest of the feedback is heavy on the other side of the scale; Service was TERRIBLE. We got our room four hours later after arriving in the hotel, dinner opened late, snackbar opened late and everything was finished in the snackbar after a couple of people got a hotdog. My boyfriend waited in line one of the nights for 45 minutes to the snackbar with 5 people in front of him. When there were still 3 people in front of him (the line had barely moved) at the 45 minute mark, the "chef" asked for the next order from the lady that was behind him, passing him (he is Jamaican). Reception had no change for $20 bill, neither did gift shop. The bartenders had no smiles or interest in servicing, except one of them - Jason saved our vacation, he was always saying hello to us, coming to check on us and went long ways of making sure we had everything we needed. I don't usually complain about food, but there was something to complain about on all meals served. It just felt like noone wanted to be working there and there is obviously no management involvement to care about this either. Luckily I have been to Jamaica several times before, so this was not my first impression to the island and its hospitality, but I will unfortunately not be able to recommend this hotel.

Location off the beach was awesome. Locals a bit too pushy with selling items. Resort in need of renovation but everything was clean and operational. Staff was awesome.

Everything was great the food was great the service was great the rooms were clean. Me and my fiancé had a great time the worker there named Kurt was very friendly and showed us a good time in Montego Bay i will definitely be coming back.

The place was a dump. Front desk was rude. We were supposed to have an ocean view and didn't. Tried to drug fiancé with spiked towels and water and then tried to get her to go to hospital. As soon as they found out she was a nurse they stopped trying to get her to go to hospital. All pictures are photoshopped. Don't use the towels.
