Nice employees
First the staff was very nice, my room keys wouldn't work after I haul my bags to the upstairs room. Left my bags in the hallway ran down got new room and keys. Tv was white fuzzy to watch, again front desk said they were are all like that due to some bad weather, then 9:15 pm people in the room above me with children rain back and forth for 45 min. The phone in my room didn't connect to the front desk so I went back down a 3rd time and as if they could mention something at around 10 pm, to give the kid(s) time to settle. My room was clean and bedding were clean, the breakfast was good and the price was good.

No hot water
The hotel has a lot of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Our room had no hot water. The attendant was good about changing our room. It had been a long day of driving and having to pack up and move rooms was a pain, but at least we could shower comfortably.

Never again
The room seem like it has not been updated in 20 years I am 511. The showerhead hit me in the chest. The parking lot has no working lights whatsoever I reserved a king bed when I got there they said they had none. There was only three cars in the parking lot. I ended up with two double beds

Not recommend!
The place was not how i had remembered it from years before! The chair was so disgusting, you couldn't even sit in it. The towel was dirty and or stained, and no blow dryer. There didn't even have at least sugar for the coffee. The Bar/Casino was shut down as well. I have pictures but this site wont let me upload them.

For in a pinch situations it will do but I left early. The room was okay carpets were stained hardcore through the whole room no rack in the mini fridge . Missing nightstand and wall needs repaint and the tv channels all was very static. I had reserved a room that came with a balcony and found it was a shared balcony didn’t know it. I also left early due to the bed was very hard and pillows was small . The elevator looked like it had water damage. Other then that the lobby and halls are very nicely decorated.Staff was friendly when checked in late at night no staff manning the desk or phone . Other then that use as a last resort if possible or bring your own pillows.AC worked and fast Internet which helped me do my work.

Pulled up and this hotel is up on a hill and us a very old abandoned casino. It's very old, run down, scary hotel. I'm surprised Hotel .com has this hotel on its site. People are coming from Yellowstone and Grand Tetons get stuck in bad weather and look for a hotel online and find this place. It's creepy , don't do it.
