Nothing Fancy, But Convenient

Great location—just a 20-minute drive to Disneyland. The room is exactly what you’d expect for the price—nothing fancy, just a simple place to stay while you do what you need to do. The only downside was the floor; after our kids took showers, their feet got dirty just from walking around the room, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a convenient and easy stay that suited our needs.

Welcoming check in and assistance

Tulsi was warm and welcoming during check in. She even offered me a choice of rooms with a smile:-) Pranav assisted me when I made a small error in extending my stay. He was friendly yet professional and rectified my error with kindness. I look forward to staying with Tulsi and Pranav again the next time the need arises :-) I also like the wall mounted phone with jacks for iPhone cords as well as standard plugs.

Easy and quick check-in; front desk staff was great. Requested to switch rooms shortly after check-in to get a refrigerator and microwave, and was quickly granted that request with a very minimal upcharge. Not bad at all in terms of noise from other rooms, but if you're in the front building, the cars on St. College can get loud. If you're in and out and just need a place to stay, it's a cheap and solid option.

Only if you need a cheap place with good location

The floors were all peeling and missing parts. We were afraid to walk with out our shoes on. The TV didn’t work. Towels had someone else’s hair on them. It wasn’t horrible but I would probably find something else next time. The price was great and the location was why we booked.
