Sejour convenable. Piscine intérieure vraiment super, piscine extérieure trop petite avec trop d enfants qui chahut. Petit déjeuner avec une seule machine a café en fonctionnement donc trÚs long attente devant. Et lait de soja tourner dans sa carafe. Chambre trÚs confortable et agréable. Une salle de sport serai fort agréable également. Emplacement de l établissement au top.

Politique du tout pour l argent dans cet hotel

Qu on soit clair : - Je prefere payer 200euro la nuit et mettre mes pantoufles et peignoirs et etre tranquille plutÎt que payer 120euro la nuit et ensuite me faire assassiné de suppléments en tout genre ( spa , peignoire , serviettes , départ tardif ) - 1ere chose erreur de chambre il manque une télé ( on me change de chambre pour me mettre dans une chambre non rénovée ( mais avec une 2eme télé) bref j insiste pas malgré l etat déplorable de la chambre ( moquette tachées, terrasse dégueulasse , tache de sang sur une couette , odeur de canalisation masquer avec une tonne de désodorisant Dans un hÎtel de grand standing normalement quand il y a erreur on te surclasse ici on te declasse !!!! - menage pour les appart hÎtels tout les 2 jours alors que justement ce sont des chambres familiales qui ont plus le besoin d un ménage quotidien !!! - pas de cafetiÚre - piscine intérieur de 8h a 10h et 19h a 20h ( non annoncé dans les thermes de location ) - problÚme de direction ( je précise bien ) - le personnel d accueil et femme de chambres et gouvernantes font leurs travails et sont tres serviable et font avec les moyens du bord - chambre pas digne d un 4 etoile - direction ne prend pas ses responsabilités et ment en rejetant la faute sur la gouvernante et femme de chambres -télé pas récentes du tout et tres petite - radiateur pour serviettes , voir mon évaluation complÚte sur google ( matuzewski Jean baptiste) voyage en couple avec ma compagne et ma fille ( j ai du modifié)

Déçus et trompés

Voici les commentaires faits Ă  la rĂ©ception de l’hĂŽtel : nous avons rĂ©servĂ© un sĂ©jour dans un spa 4 Ă©toiles, chambre avec terrasse, nous avons Ă©tĂ© envoyĂ©s dans la partie « rĂ©sidence » type appart hĂŽtel, absolument pas 4 Ă©toiles, sans terrasse. La propretĂ© laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer. Les enfants ne sont pas les bienvenus. La piscine intĂ©rieure leur est accessible de 8h Ă  10h, aux horaires du petit-dĂ©jeuner. Soit ils mangent, soit ils profitent de l’eau. Évidemment les buses de massages sont coupĂ©es Ă  ces horaires pour que les parents ne puissent pas profiter non plus. Idem le soir, piscine accessible de 19h Ă  20h. Manger ou nager, il faut choisir. La piscine extĂ©rieure est d’un minimum d’1m50. Si vos enfants ne savent pas nager, oubliez de profiter d’un cafĂ© au bord de l’eau. Le spa est par ailleurs interdit aux enfants, donc pas fait pour les parents cĂ©libataires ou les parents qui s’entendent, il faudra s’alterner et oublier les vacances couple + enfants. L’hĂŽtel est Ă©loignĂ© de tout, nous Ă©tions censĂ©s profiter d’un spa, nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s Ă  devoir faire 60 min de voiture aller-retour par jour pour se rendre Ă  la mer et profiter. C’est la 1ere fois que nous laissons un commentaire nĂ©gatif sur un hĂŽtel spa. Le personnel n’y est pour rien, ils Ă©taient courtois et sont conscients de la stupiditĂ© des rĂšgles qui leur sont imposĂ©es.
