more than suitable hotel in Hamburg city. the rooms fixtures were somewhat quirky but functional . And although a tad spartan in regards to amenities, my room was nonetheless clean spacious and quiet. i would stay there again.

Nice atmosphere, clean room and comfortable beds
The hotel reception had a very nice atmosphere, the room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. We slept in their new building which was in the back of the hotel - this build did not have the same cozy atmosphere as the main building. We had their breakfast on the second day and it was fine.

Good location and easy to access highways
The hotel is well maintained. It has a hippie vibe and design with a unique style and look too. The rooms are a bit small but fine for overnight sleep. The room has everything you need like hairdryer, small tv, but no fridge or basic toiletries like shaving kit or toothbrush so make sure you get them yourself. The room was well heated and everything worked well.

It's quite outside, therefore very quiet and calm. Very nice hotel, wonderful staff. Breakfast is great. Super convenient for public transportation, bus stop right in front of the hotel. There are also a lot of electric scooters in the area to get to downtown in a more fun way.

nice place
very clean and tidy, the staffs in reception also very kind! My room was very quite in most of time, only when sometimes there were some truck outside, then it was a little bit loud. I have to say I sleep very well during my stay! But the only backward was the location is not very close to the city center, you have to transfer but compared with the price and environment, it was good enough. Also there is a supermarket nearby.

Anstatt den Check-in vernünftig durchzuführen, merkte man wie genervt die Dame war, dass sie ihr privates Telefonat unterbrechen musste.

Skønt hotel - med begrænset reception men det var fint for vores vedkommende. God og venlig service. Værelset var i råt skandinavisk stil. Sengen var behageligt. Ingen elevator så hvis man kommer med en stor kuffert så skal man lige have det i mente. Fine parkeringsmuligheder som er opdelt i to områder. Tager ca 20 min at køre ind til Hamburg centrum. Gode tyrkiske spisesteder ved siden af hotellet. Stor Edeka supermarked skråt over for hotellet.

Ich hatte viel erwartet und wurde enttäuscht. Im Hotel viel zu warm, bei offenem Fenster viel zu laut. Im Bad gibt es keinen einzigen (!) Haken, aber alles sieht fancy aus, hilft aber nix. Frühstückbuffet leider etwas lieblos und oft von der kleinen Auswahl wenig da. Als großgewachsener Mensch kommt man kaum an die Sachen in der Kühlvitrine. Per Mail wird eine Besetzung der Rezeption bis 20 Uhr angekündigt, am Wochenende dann aber nur bis 17 Uhr. Dann muss auch direkt per Kreditkarte bezahlt werden, damit man den Schlüssel im Safe holen kann. Kenne ich alles anders. Ich werde nicht nochmal buchen

Todo normal, solo correcto. Algo negativo: en el desayuno pido un café y me dice que nos está incluido en el precio del desayuno buffet. Le indico que es la primera vez que me pasa y la camarera de desayuno me indica que por ese desayuno , que quiero.
