Excellent service and convenient location
he reception team in the hotel is awesome. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They seem to have fun working in the hotel. That's very important as it means they all have passion in their job. The hotel is conveniently located among many local food places, and walkable from the Huan Kiem Lake. Highly recommend it as it is a great value for the quality you receive. Breakfast was good too!

Amazing Staff with Excellent Service
The most impressive experience for my stay in Trendy Hotel & Spa is the kind service provided by Mrs. Fiona Le and her team. People are amazing. They are caring, friendly, sincere, and always willing to help. The facilities in the hotel are well-maintained. The bed is clean and comfortable. There are many choices for breakfast and the quality is good. I have a wonderful stay here and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice little hotel close to attracrions
Hotel was in a good location in the old section of the city, short walk to most attractions. Got upgraded the first night because my room type was sold out which was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Do you want to be left stranded in a new country?
Absolutely terrible stay at this place! We came from a 24 hour journey to Hanoi and reached at 1.00am only to find out that they didn’t have the room we had reserved (family room with multiple beds to accommodate a party of 5). Instead they proposed that we split our family and stay in 2 different rooms ‘for just one night’ until they sort it out tomorrow because apparently the family who were using the room we booked would be checking out the next day. The next day, Ms Mai, the manager started by saying that she felt so bad about this situation and she couldn’t sleep the whole night because even she had children and she feels for us because it was a genuine mistake on their part. When we asked for the room we booked, she said that the room would not be available anytime soon. She said that she did not want to “bother us about it the night before and wanted us to rest instead”. Advised her that we wanted to then cancel the reservation because we do not have the room we reserved. Hotels.com called several times to try to resolve the situation and she kept telling them that she didnt have the room we booked but she “upgraded our room for free” and that we agreed to it and therefore we should not be allowed to cancel the rest of the stay. Nasty Nasty people! Ms Mai, you can be so sweet to people when you fool them, because I have seen you do it while dealing with you for 3 hours, but you are one disgusting human being. I truly cannot wish you well.

Sans fenêtre !
Personnel aux petits soins, pour certains comme moi un peu trop (ls cherchent à vous vendre tout ce qu’ils peuvent). Arrivés à 20:00 chambre soit disant pas prête, on nous fait patienter 5mn avec un thé, pour en faite essayer de nous vendre une chambre plus haut de gamme. La chambre ne possède aucune fenêtre, alors pour dormir, c’est très bien, on est dans le noir total, mais on a l’impression de se réveiller dans un cagibi. Beaucoup d’humidité mais avec la Clim ça passe).
