Really good for the price, but can improve some pt

The room was little bit smaller than expected. Curiously the tap was in the room imstead the bathroom. But why not. Usually I use de desk for work little bit in the room, but clealy this time was not possible. But the bar is a good place too. Maybe miss one lift. Some time between other customers and staff the uniq lift is really busy. The breakfast is soso. Reduce the number of kind of ugly sausage et provide more fruit and fruit juice (real one). The breakfast can be really better. The staff is really nice and friendly.

Our room should really have been sold as a room with no window. It could be openned a few inches, 5 floors away from any daylight/fresh air. The common areas in this hotel were lovely and the bar was beautiful. Breakfast was the best we had on our tour of SE Asia. Staff helpful in arranging tours etc.

エアコン不具合

エアコンがエラー状態で、最初の対応で改善したかと思われたが、外出して戻るとまたエラー。暑いほどではないが、涼しくならない。部屋を替えてもくれなかった。２度目の対応で改善されたが、部屋が冷えたのは深夜で、温度差のため風邪をひいた感じ。 スタッフ皆さんは感じはいいが、対応が今ひとつ…。また、シャワーでトイレは水浸し…境目がない。浴槽にシャワーが付いていれば良いのにと思った…。

Amazing property!

The place is beautiful from top to bottom. The outside has a very unique design and then the windows are super large all windows which allow a lot of natural light to come in. There is a ton of greenery outside and inside of the hotel and the interior in our room was so unique and creative. It gave us an immediate sense of comfort. We were welcomed with a cold drink upon our arrival and then we were given to complementary drinks for the restaurant attached to the hotel. The swimming pool on the rooftop is a really nice design, but does have a few flaws… It does not have a rail to step into the pool in case people have poor balance and I found it to be fairly cold Water. Aside from that, it is a really nice spot to hang out. The only other challenge for the rooftop pool is that there are only two seats for the entire pool area. The room is nice as I mentioned before, and the TV has access for Netflix and a variety of other apps. I’m not sure if this is for every suite, but our mini bar was all complementary for the snacks and drinks each day. One thing to keep in mind is that the slippers inside the room actually cost money. It is not included with your stay which I found a little bit odd, but it does state that you can ask for complementary slippers from the front desk. The breakfast is a buffet, and although there are not a lot of options, it definitely makes up for the quality and the choices that are available. Definitely recommend. Friendly staff, and beautiful room.

Nice new hotel… need some minor improvements

Been to Vietnam over 70 times and decided to change a hotel from my usual. Noticed that this new hotel and located in a relatively convenient location. Check in was quick and fuss free. Room was nice and wasn’t too noisy even though I was on the 4th floor. Bath tub was huge and I enjoyed that.. the best part of the room is the Bed. It was firm and smell fresh. The complain I have is the breakfast, the toaster is hopeless. The food wasn’t hot even though there are lamps which doesn’t emit heat. The food variety is also very limited… Another short coming is the presence of mosquitoes on the ground level cafe (indoor). I wanted to chill and enjoy my coffee but I was attacked..
