Room defaults
There was barely hot water. The shower needs maintenance. Also a weird smell the room had. Can use a deep cleaning.

Nice relaxing area
Stayed here for 7 nights. Everyone was friendly. Loved the view it was mesmerizing!
The only problem was the rooms there was constantly bugs-different ones. Although our family didn’t mind it we are just on the look out for the bad ones. The pools were awesome! Spa was great! Food was mediocre, we ate there for 2 nights then realized downtown was better and cheaper.

Super nice
Such a nice place! Stunning views, super friendly staff especially in reception, our room was well maintained and clean, nice pools and hot springs. Oh and breakfast was great too! Lots of wildlife to observe.
A bit outside town, but the restaurant on site had good and reasonable options. To us it was 5 stars.

Too old! Bad maintenance.
Very bad maintenance. The room had a wooden ceiling that had been damaged by a roof leak. We found a live cockroach in the middle of the covers that were in the closet. Everything was a little too old.
