Adult Time Away From Phones and Internet!
This place was great, we had a minor issue when we arrived although the owners were very quick to help us resolve it. Keep in mind this is more of a retreat for couples to get away from it all. More of an "adult time" kind of place, we bought enough food to last us the time we were there and had the ability to cook outside on the grill for dinner and eat inside for breakfast. It was close enough to Eureka springs and Roaring River to be a great reset. We are definitely going back sometime...

We enjoyed the location out away from town. The cabin was very inviting and made for a great trip to reconnect with one another. Honestly loved not having cell phone service out there!!!

Loved the view from the porch swing!
It was a beautiful cabin with plenty of room and relaxing views. We especially enjoyed the double reclining love seat. SO comfortable! There aren't many places to purchase food, except a grocery store about 10 minutes away. For the nightly price, something I would suggest is maybe a small basket of snacks and a few pieces of candy, and a couple bottles of water and pop in the refrigerator. We did appreciate that there was hot chocolate, tea, coffee, etc. and we could make orange juice. And, for our first morning, they left some delicious muffins and fruit in the refrigerator. There was plenty of fruit, but only 2 muffins, so we had to buy some breakfast items for the remainder of our stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

Great cabin for romance
Really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Definitely a romantic experience for couples who like to be away on their own in a very quiet, remote setting. No WiFi! Leaving them able to focus just on each other. Eureka Springs is close enough to visit. The cabin had everything we needed for the 4 days we were there. Great jacuzzi tub! The owners also have some romantic packages worth checking their website out.

My husband and I are not really the target demographic for this property. We booked the Country Rose cabin for a trip to Eureka Springs because we waited too long and everywhere else was full. The cabin is clean and the woods surrounding it are peaceful. However, the decor is incredibly dated and cheesy, and not in a fun, kitsch way. The tv took 3 remotes to use and the channel options were limited. It would have been nice to have at least one movie channel. They did have a VCR/DVD combo but no movies to watch. I think there was a place to rent some closer to town. The cabin is 20 minutes from Eureka Springs. The drive there is very scenic and we actually ended up enjoying that part of our stay. There is no cell service and no WiFi and no phone in the cabin. We were told that we could “go to McDonald’s or subway for WiFi” which is insane in 2019. The swing on the front porch was a nice touch till we saw the cushion was basically a large pillow that was made more for the bed than the outdoors. The continental breakfast was two muffins and some apples and oranges. The coffee was “communal” meaning that it was an old school coffee maker with a can of Folgers and coffee mate that other guests before us had used as well. They really should have individual creamers and coffee packets for every guest as well as sugar packets/options like stevia. For the money, We we’re a little disappointed. This place was fine but it’s really more geared toward older couples.
