This is a nice boutique hotel that’s about a 5 minute walk to the old town. Right on the beach and the harbour is behind it. Staff is friendly and the rooms are renovated and comfortable. Definitely would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at L’Adresse! The location is unbeatable – just a stone’s throw from the sea and the beautiful Sillon beach, and only a short walk to the walled city (Intra-Muros). It’s the perfect base for exploring Saint-Malo on foot. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and even had a small kitchenette – a great bonus for longer stays.
