The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and so are the people in the surrounding area. The room was clean and quiet. The RER is right across the street; it took about 30 minutes to get to the Ile de la Cite. I would definitely stay here again, mainly because of the super nice staff and the charming people of Gennevilliers.

The hotel can be a great experience if more care and attention is paid to details for eg, there was black dirt or stains in the grout. Also, the front desk staff told me that I could get a refund on the city tax at the airport since we had to pay it at the hotel but that was not so, much to my disappointment because I thought the price I paid Expedia.com was final

There was one man in the front desk who did a wonderful job, I wish I took jis name he had black dark hair. He did everything and worried about assisting everyone. Never any one at the bar. Didn't tell me i can get coffee (help my self) rooms were fine as really did just sleep in it.. but wasn't clean very dirty under beds. Had hot water first night but didn't second. The hotel was very quiet most of the lights were off. As they must of been just using a certain floor. Which is a shame as really big hotel lovely outside area.. bout 30 mins from paris easy journey. If u use taxis use bolt cheap and quick.. but 15-20 euro to Paris.. staff were friendly but just not a nice atmosphere as was so quiet for such a big hotel but what do you expect wasn't expensive. So overall was happy with my stay.
