The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and so are the people in the surrounding area. The room was clean and quiet. The RER is right across the street; it took about 30 minutes to get to the Ile de la Cite. I would definitely stay here again, mainly because of the super nice staff and the charming people of Gennevilliers.

The nearest metro station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Most major tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes. While the property is a budget-friendly option, it does lack some basic amenities such as an electric kettle and minibar. The staff was decent. Hotel Shabby at best don’t know how it or the rating it has but I was very uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable and the door locks were horrible. The elevator was extremely tiny. My daughter and I were very tight and neither of us are large people.i didn’t feel safe

This hotel was very comfortable for three. My husband & I traveled with my sister in law. The room we rented was essentially 2 rooms with double bed in 1 room & sleeper couch in the other. All the staff were friendly. I thought I purchased breakfast with reservations but ended up that I didn't but this worked for our early morning schedules.
