I love the hotel staff. They were super friendly, communicative and willing to help. The pool bar has great food and drinks. We liked it all so much that we decided to pay the late fee to stay up to 4pm. Only negative is that the beach in front of the hotel is not proper for swimming, but they say that a popular beach is 20min walk on the sand. We took an Uber to better beaches further north.

Localização impecável, instalações superam as expectativas em termos de qualidade e seletividade na escolha dos materiais (tinha até toalha Altemberg). Chegamos em Porto Seguro por volta das 12h, não só anteciparam nosso check in, como levaram nossas malas até o quarto. Tivemos outro pedido excepcional que foi guardar as polpas que trouxemos de outra cidade, eles não só atenderam, como conservaram no frigorífico do hotel em segurança. Minha mãe chegou a se emocionar com a impecabilidade do atendimento e estrutura desse hotel. Hospedem-se SEM MEDO!!! Será a melhor escolha.

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã excelente e com vistas para o mar. Foram ótimos dias hospedados. Sentimos falta da piscina ser aquecida, de ter um lugar de lazer (algo para fazer com a família quando não está passeando, como sala de jogos, por exemplo). Em um dos dias, não houve o serviço de camareira, parecia haver apenas uma funcionária no andar e não conseguiu suprir a demanda. No mais, tudo excelente.

Excelente estadia. Ótima localização, próximo ao centro e próximo à avenida que dá acesso às praias. Para ir para uma praia próxima requer um veículo, pois a praia em frente ao hotel não é frequentada e não possui estrutura como restaurantes e barracas. Ótimo café da manhã.
