After restart of Covid gap, lot of renovation and cleaning to be done. Need to maintain cleanliness of facility. Location of hotel was perfect as it’s in city center.

I arrived with my 75 years old mother on 25th dec and seeing the state of the rooms checked out within an hour.The room shown and alloted were in pathetic shape.Tge walls of the rooms were all chipped,sofas were all stained with spots ,i can clearly see dust hanging smell of dampness all over and AC was too in terrible bad shape.I think ppst covid 19 no renovation has been done snd rooms have be given. I have asked asked for full refund as really disappointed and didnt even use the room.The pictures shown in the room were very different than rooms in actual which was given to me.My sister lives locally in Goa but still i booked a room to have a good time with her.The general manager seems to be co-operative so far and i have asked for full refund .

This hotel is average, it's not to the standard of a 4 star hotel or feel a Radisson property, rooms I would say are good, hygienic but lacks the ambience and feel of a premium hotel. Breakfast was just ok. The taste, quality is below Average. Their staff are courteous and polite, thanks to their supervisor Mr.Shiv who made our stay more comfortable. He helped us both in early check in and late check-out and he understood our issue. The hotel doesn't do sanitization of bags when guests check-in, regular temp check or making sure guests sanitize their hands when they come in the property is completely missing.

The bed was comfortable but the room was dirty and run down. The bathroom was in a similar condition with dirty floor mats. The threshold between the two floor surfaces was loose and a trip hazard. The lobbies had torn and loose carpet,the only good part was the restaurant and the staff

Hotel is good and comfortable overall. I particularly like the location and breakfast. I didn't like the fact that they don't clean the room floor (and it definitely looks like it).

1) The rooms were very small. 2) No good views from the room. 3) Crammed toilets and minimal tissues. 4) Rooms are just created for the sake of selling on rent and no match to Radisson other properties. 5) Long waiting hours after ordering anything.

Rooms need full renovation job. Wood Flooring chipped, damp linen and sofas, leakage in rooms, bathrooms poor.
