Unfortunately not a good impression
The first room had a noisy A/C. We asked to be moved to another room and we were quickly given another room at the same floor. The A/C had the same noise, so it was not a problem, it is how the A/C works. On our way to the second room, we saw several big stains on the carpet in the corridor facing a room next to the new one we were assigned. These stains were not removed during the length of our stay. One lamp in the ceiling was not working, the bed lamps were not matching, the shower door did not close (in both rooms) and had signs of grime/dirt on the door/glass panels. The first day we left late, and room service did not come, so we made the bed ourselves: the mattress cover had big stains of some unidentified fluid and a smaller blood stain. It didn't seem to have ever been washed. The duvet had also a blood stain. At least the sheets were clean. A supermarket cart was left in front of the entrance for several hours. We visited the pool Sunday late afternoon and only 1 towel was left to use. The restaurant was closed during our stay, so we cannot comment on that. The staff was really friendly and attentive, but the above doesn't help improve the negative impression of this hotel.

Two nights in the top.
Very convenient to shops and restaurants, a short stroll to the water. Staff were very friendly and helpful, only complaint was the air-conditioning in the gym not working very well.

Very convenient location. A room was large enough and relatively clean. There were stains on a carpet in the room. An air conditioner was old and noisy in the room. There was no drinking water in the room upon arrival. Two ceiling lights were blown in the room. The room was not cleaned for 5 days. No laundry service as such
