my experienced with the Holiday Inn. This time was terrible. The towels were so dingy, old and raggly. The pillow and bed were so uncomfortable. We paid $150.00 for that night thought we at the ldo drop in hotel in Lubbock. This suppose to be an upscale hotel as the Holiday not comfortable and the pillows. I was very dissatisfied with my stay at the Holiday Inn and as being a member of the Holiday Inn club vacation I will definitely put this on my review as a member with my membership. Please do better

We stayed just to come swim for spring break and the heater in the pool was broken. We were not informed at check in when I asked about the pool. The pool was so cold it was unbearable. We will not stay here again.

Broken pool & spa

It was Spring Break for my two grandkids and I booked this hotel for the larger indoor pool & spa, because the weather forecast wasnt great while we were going to be in town. We get there and checked in and go check the pool/spa area out to find that they were broken, the water was like ice water. We asked the front desk about it and he said a repairman was there earlier in the day but didn’t get it fixed, he would be back the next morning. The next afternoon we asked and the lady at the front desk said no the repairman wasn’t coming back. Later, I went online and found where someone had given a review two months earlier that the pool & spa were broken. Will not stay here again. Very dissatisfied.

Cut vacation a day short it was so bad!!!!!

The beds felt like hardwood floors. Unable to get anyone to clean our room or even get us replacement towels. When we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. All together the experience was unsatisfactory and I will not stay here again.

Its ok but not for the price

The staff was friendly, but the room left a lot to be desired. I had the handicapped room for ny mother as we were in lubbock for a procedure at thw hospital. The pressure of water in the shower was horrible as she had to fight with it to get hardly any pressure The sink had higher water pressure There were a couple of gouges in the wall definitely wont be staying at this particular holiday inn again

Shut up at the hotel ready to check in with my family and come to find out their pool and spa was closed we asked if we can move our reservation to another hotel and the staff was so rude we ended up calling and trying to get a refund so that we can get a hotel with the amenities we needed

Unfriendly staff

When I arrived to the hotel around 2:50pm I was not greeted or acknowledge. The female clerk was rude very unpleasant. When her released came in she was happy as could be but I was still waiting on my room to be ready at this point it was passed 3:10pm and still waiting. Very disappointed on the staff behavior.
