I've been traveling around Europe for a while now and I really need this stay. Several hotels at similar if not higher price points have not been anywhere close to the quality of this stay. All the staff were extremely nice and accommodating, the place was very clean and well-managed, and there were so many amenities including bike rentals, pool tables, gym, and (free!) laundry. Free luggage storage too. I am so grateful I found this soft place to land. FYI it's a college dormitory too so there are lots of young people hanging out and studying in the common spaces.

Good spacious clean room, but some design flaws: mirror and sink are squeezed in a corner of the bathroom which makes it difficult to look straight into the mirror unless you place your body against the wall. Sink is very small with very little space to place your toiletries. Lighting in bathroom is very bad for doing make-up. TV needs to be re-started often to get reception, does not seem to get the signal otherwise.

They emailed me offering upgrades on week before my stay. I booked a room upgrade, it was confirmed and I paid for it at check-in. Then I was given a standard room. When I complained, they said there was no availability for the upgrade and refunded me. It's disappointing that the system doesn't work, it seems no human had looked at this until I complained, they just took my money. I had planned around having the upgrade they offered. Rooms are ok. Bar with pool tables and ping pong are fun especially for teenagers. But prices are way to high for the standard.

The room was a very good size. The shower room was a good size. However a small refrigerator would have been good. Also a non slip mat for the shower- the tiles were slippery, so I had to place a hand towel on the floor.
