The check out on june 15th, was horrible and left a bitter taste to the experience. We woke up late, went to breakfast and when we noticed, it was 10 min to 11am, check out time. Before going to the room, we asked for 30 mkn, to which we were rudeky informed we could not take it, in a rude maner, after we insisted we needed a few minutes to pack up. The front desk lady said her instructions were those and we place her on a bad spot by asking for this extra time, she could not decide.
After trying to explaing to her we were hoing to take the time, and asked about the consequenced of the extra few minutes, we left the reception.
The end of story is that at 11h12 min we were down. There were no consequences, besides the rudeness, lack of preparation of this one "professional" that made we ruminate about it during the day.
Please get her trained on how to speak and handle customers, it was a shame.
We travel for work and stay on more that 30 hotels per year, this experience is not comon to us.
