Good Points:
✅ Excellent Location – Situated close to Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, making it convenient for both sightseeing and business meetings.
✅ Friendly Staff – The team is welcoming, accommodating, and provides good service.
✅ Free Mini Bar – Includes sugar, coffee, and complimentary champagne, a thoughtful and appreciated perk.
Areas for Improvement:
❌ Small Elevators – There are three elevators, but each only accommodates a maximum of four people, which can be inconvenient during busy hours.
❌ Crowded Rooftop Restaurant – The terrace restaurant is quite popular, making it difficult to secure a table at times.
❌ Limited Breakfast Options – The selection is basic and repetitive, with little variety from day to day.
❌ Aging Rooms & Facilities – Some equipment, like the fridge, doesn’t work, and there are very few power outlets, which can be inconvenient for business travelers needing to charge multiple devices.
Overall, while the location and service are excellent, improvements in room facilities and dining options would enhance the experience, especially for business travelers.
