We booked a stay here and had to cancel our trip due to an accident. I knew it was nonrefundable but sent them two emails asking if we could just rebook it. I never received any replies from them. I would have appreciated a response even it was “no”. When we rebook our trip we will not be staying here.

The lodge needs an upgrade. It's looking very tired and worn. It's painful that there is no lift to the 2nd floor and no one to help you either. On the plus side the cleaning staff do a good job.

The worst place we have ever stayed. Minimal to no hot water in the shared showers. Bunk beds so squeaky we had to put a mattress on the floor to stop the noise. Lots of maintenance needed including multiple lights not working mostly in the bathrooms. For what we paid it was pretty bad.
