Check-in is very strict and not flexible. The lady spent around 10 mins to do the check-in and told us that there was still 10 more mins from the check-in time and so we have to wait which was very fine. We went back to the lobby 2 minutes from the check-in time. The lady took other guests to their room and there were no other people at the reception to help us out. Even I managed to find one, they either asked me to wait or couldn't speak English.
1. they can be flexible with the check-in time for it was just 10 mins away since they are busy in doing reception + bell boy service at the same time.
2. poor management - reception staff has to take luggage to guest room with the guests. Other hotel guests have to wait for her because the check-in service is done by her. No other staff will help you. What a ridiculous management...
3. Misleading information from the television display in lobby. There is a cafe named "North 24". We saw from the television display that they served sandwiches. However, when we sat down, the man told us that they no longer serve any food!
4. We booked the suite that was fitted with kitchen. Kitchen has no utensils nor cooking tools, so we called the reception. A lady told me to wait because she couldn't speak English. After a few minutes, a man who can speak English told me that he would call me back after 15 mins. What a resort it is!! I paid over USD450/night and deserve this service.
