Absolutely charming little hotel, situated right on the Cotswold Way. The restaurant / pub was really nice too.

Lovely old pub with option of room only or B&B, so we were able to have a lie-in in the morning!

2/10 Poor

No bath mat to soak up water - very poor condition of the room which was rather surprising - they need to spend some money updating the room….it was depressing inside with ugly worn BROWN carpet!

Lovely pub, room was very nice, clean and bed very comfy. Breakfast was nice, friendy place, would recommend. Parking 2mins over the road, £1 24hrs ! Beautiful place to visit and with a stay at the White Hart Inn you wont go wrong.
Nathan, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Friendly, clean, comfortable good value.

This was my second time staying at the White Hart and it was just as friendly, comfortable and clean as I remembered. The food was very good. The 'walkers' room that we booked was particularly good value and we had no problem with the shared facilities.

Absolutely beautiful

We stayed here for one night mid week. It was faultless, the room was absolutely lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly, even though they were super busy downstairs in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend and we would happily stay here again

All round good

Double with private bathroom was a good option. Great location in the center of Winchcombe. Will return when next in the area.

Good experience but be careful what room you get. Our friends had a very poor room but both were “standard”.

Area is nice, bed was comfortable, but the room itself was very tired. There was mould in the room and the bathroom was very old, paint peeling off, shower not working properly and too short to stand underneath. Would have expected better for the price.
Hannah, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Adequate

The room was ok. Bit on the small size, but bed comfortable. Was missing an easy chair as there was only a stool. Bathroom was adequate but not a lot of power in the shower. No parking, but only a couple of minutes walk to the local car park.
Andy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Property was very dated. Room comfortable enough but there was no keeping at all. We booked for five nights but there was only enough tea/coffee etc for one night so we had to keep going down to ask for more. We asked for room to be made up after two nights and was told in nO u certain terms "NO".i could understand if we were staying for two nights but as we had booked and prepared for five I think it not unreasonable to ask for new towels etc
JOHN, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

RUDE CHECK-IN RUINED THE WHOLE STAY After much effort of trying to park my car nearby (abs nightmare given the traffic, no parking at the white hart inn and limited parking in the village) I arrived to the white hart inn at 2.49 a full 11 mins before the actual check in of 15:00. I was greeted by the woman in charge snapping, "3 O CLOCK", without a glance in my direction. Abs lovely!!!! Who would ever be polite and say hello, how you are,... On daring to ask where I could park. There was a dismissive, "OVER THERE TURN LEFT bla bla bla"...again without  a glance in my direction. After it reached the 15:00 magical time the woman then barked, "WHAT'S YOUR NAME", at which point the next bark was "U NEED TO PAY £X's", but on pointing out I had prepaid she checked the system and stopped demanding money. I was then thrusted my keys and told "YOUR ROOM IS UPSTAIRS". As I did not know where the stairs were I thought better of asking again and went hunting. Whilst attempting to find my room I came across some other guests also hunting for their roo, so was pleased to know I was not alone in the game of 'give us a clue' when being given the room key. Other items to note: - Parking is not free and about 5 mins walk away, - The room: - Basic and somewhat clean - Walls are paper thin - The window didn't lock (with roof walk way outside), - Limited plug sockets, - Clear corrugated plastic used for ceiling / roof on landing

Excellent location

I was there to work a geocaching event. The hotel was near everything you could need, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Phil, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Easy to check in and out, pub had great food and drinks, great view from our room as well, loved the town!
Jesus, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Huge rooms, sparkling and massive bathroom, really friendly staff. I arrived in the middle of a music night, very enjoyable, as was the excellent Hereford Pale Ale from the bar. Breakfast was extremely good especially the (local) bacon. The bed was comfy though it occasionally creaked. Lovely little place and a bargain for the night.
