The Hotel is a bit dated and it takes a 15 minutes walk uphill to get to Avenida Paulista; however, it is a safe area, good value for money and the best included breakfast we had in the whole of Brazil. The room was big and comfortable, staff is very serious, they don't interact much with you. Anyhow, it was a good hotel to stay to explore Sao Paulo

Um hotel ok mas que precisa de renovação

Hotel já precisa de revitalização. Os quartos estão bem "cansados", pois há sinal de uso e deterioração em várias partes. Os quartos do último andar (11) só tem acesso por escada a partir do décimo andar, o que é bem inconveniente. A localização é um ponto forte.
