Nice room and central location. Difficult parking and not the service level you would/should expect.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast is quite limited for €15.

This hotel is so central and has everything you need for a great stay. It’s relaxed and cosy and the staff are excellent. The honour bar system means there’s always snacks available including home made soups, and a fridge full of beers and soft drinks.

Good location and good bed. Have expresso maker and electric kettle. No body lotion, did not take away dirty towels, shower pressure was very low, did not clean used cups for tea and coffee.

Excellent staff. Beautiful and stylish decor. Warm atmosphere.

Excellent location near the rail station. Quiet street. Very welcoming and a sense of fun about the whole hotel, particularly the 1960's design.

Fabulously decorated with lovely rooms, comfy beds and an excellent shower. Courteous staff. Excellent location a short walk from railway station; but off the main road, so quiet.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Nice, clean room within walking distance to central train station, eatery & shopping.

The hotel is located within walking distance to all of the downtown Hamburg amenities. Parking at the hotel is difficult, but they do have reserved space in a nearby parking garage. It's about a 4 block walk from the hotel.
