I loved the heated pool and the staff that did the entertainment were wonderful. Didn't like the DJ, he played a lot of heavy metal rather than pool party music. The food was ok

The entertainment by the pool was great, concerts and lots of fun games. However the staff in the market restaurant was terrible. They were rude and judgmental. They requested that we change after looking at us up and down for a couple of minutes. Then asked us to change however we were wearing the same outfits as every other female in the restaurant. We were confused. Upon our return they refused to show us to a table and said go to the one outside. This was the first time at an all inclusive that I truly felt unwelcome and judged. We had been on an airplane all morning and really just wanted food. Otherwise the entertainment staff was absolutely amazing! Better than many resorts! Luis always got us involved and truly made our vacation.

The location was great. The staff was great. Food & drinks were great. The only thing is that it was my wife's 50th birthday and had left instruction of this. Nothing was offered nor given for the event, no flower or Champaign in the room or special note. That was disappointing given that we had planed this trip 2 year ago!

Do not waste your money on this resort!! This isn’t even close to being a 5 star resort and barely qualifies as an all inclusive! We have stayed at many Hard Rock resorts and always loved them but this place is a disgrace to the Hard Rock brand! We paid almost $9000 to stay here for a week and wasn’t even worth $900!! They are very dishonest and unhelpful. I was promised that a manager would contact me and we have been home for almost a week now and that never happened there or since we arrived home. They only send a “concierge” to speak with you who lies and has absolutely no solution or authority to help you! My husband fell on their steps the first night we were there from the humidity and no caution markers or something to prevent you from falling. The most infuriating thing about this incident is that they lied to my face and told me that he would have had to refuse to see their doctor and sign a waiver but that absolutely did not happen. They didn’t offer him to see a doctor at all!! Our room was so hot and humid we could barely sleep at night so when I called front desk at the very beginning of our stay (day 1 or 2) they asked me what our temp was on and I told them 21C they said that it was working then but they would send someone to check it out but that never happened until our last night when everything came to an intolerable point. They send someone to our room who literally unlocked the thermostat and moved it to 19C, so they let us be miserable all week to be “
