Bare bones, but clean and very good breakfast

This hotel had no frills, and though the building itself was not well maintained, it's one of the cleaner hotels I've stayed in for a while. Water pressure was excellent (though it was hard to find a good balance between hot and cold), and the drains drained perfectly. There were a lot of problems with the key cards disactivating, and there was usually a line to talk to someone at the front desk. Biggest dissatisfaction: Our bathroom had no toilet paper or hand/floor towel when we arrived, and when I asked for these items I believe they thought I was just asking for extra and responded accordingly. I ended up getting the towels directly from the lady cleaning our floor. Biggest complement: the breakfast! Had all the usual buffet items, but it was refreshed in a very regular and organized manner. They make their coffee in small pots, so it's always fresh, and they never ran out. Parabens to whoever runs the kitchen there!

O chão estava bem empoeirado, cheiro leve de mofo (quando fica tempo trancado sem ventilação). Não tinha garagem privativa inclusa. Tivemos que pagar 40 reais para deixar num pátio aberto, de frente ao hotel. O local do hotel é bem afastado da beira mar, mas acomoda bem para uma pernoite. O café da manhã é razoável.

O café da manhã sem dúvida é o ponto alto do hotel. Tudo muito gostoso. O serviço de limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Havia cabelo no chão do banheiro dos hóspedes anteriores. Recepcionistas bem atenciosos. Custo benefício bom! Hotel fica próximo ao parque dos Dinossauros e ao novo Parque da Nasa, Estacionamento gratuíto.

Estada boa de maneira geral.

De maneira geral foi uma boa estada. Na chegada, ao realizar o checkin o recepcionista disse que teria de ser cobrado uma taxa de 40 reais pelo estacionamento, avisei que havia reservado pelo app Hotels.com já com o serviço de estacionamento incluso, ele pediu pra olhar a reserva, eu mostrei e ele “aceitou”. Gostaria que ficasse claro nos dados da reserva tudo aquilo que está incluso para que não haja esse tipo de confusão. Demais, quarto sujo em baixo da cama, com lata de refrigerante e bastante pó, demais áreas limpas, café da manhã com pouca variedade de frutas e outros itens alimentícios. Atendimento muito bom, solícitos e educados.

Mosquitos e chuveiro apenas com agua fria

O quarto era muito pequeno, o chuveiro era frio (fiquei um tempo esperando a agua esquentar e nada. Acabei tomando banho frio mesmo). A cortina do quarto estava suja, repleta de mofo. Alem disso, o quarto tinha mosquitos. Sugiro nao deixar a janela aberta quando cair a tarde.

Infelizmente tive alguns contra tempos ,tive que me mudar de quarto duas vezes por causa de problemas na estrutura com ar condicionado quebrado,telefone quebrado ,e banheiro com vazamento no teto inundando todo o banheiro ,tivemos que subir 10 andares a pé pois o funcionário comunicou que o elevador estava quebrado ,quando subimos chequei que só um elevador que estava ,o outro estava funcionando perfeitamente

Uma noite de terror com bom café da manhã

Experiência ruim, o chuveiro demora 15 min para esquentar meia boca, as lâmpadas do espelho do banheiro e cabeceira da cama não funcionam, a cama não é de casal mas sim duas de solteiro unidas, o frigobar é decorativo pois não tem nada dentro, existe um ruído de fundo constante acho que da caldeira, e ruídos de outros quartos, todos muito altos devido a pessoa acústica, não tinham disponível um cobertor extra e por isso passamos frio, e por fim uma funcionária do hotel entrou no quarto sem ao menos bater na porta pra perguntar se havia alguém fumando. Única coisa boa o café da manhã.
