Very clean room, the staff was great and help me by letting my mother stay a hour and half so I could attend a track meet and watch my great granddaughter’s two events, the air conditioner work great, cooled the room and made it very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable

Chose to stay here because it started that it was very good and it wasn’t.. it is a very old motel in desperate need of renovation. Room smelled and didn’t look clean especially the restroom. I’m glad I have some sleeping bags that I could use instead of sleeping on the comforters they had.. staff at arrival was very nice..

Overall the room was clean and the ac worked great. The only reason I did not give a 5 star was because the door gasket needed to be replaced. Thus light and road sounds came in on the side of the door. Otherwise a very comfortable stay at a good price.

We came in for the Brazos Valley Horse Auction. Needed a place to stay for the weekend that was close to sale barn. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very refreshing after being outside all day!

Friendly staff but the place needs some serious renovations. The ac worked good fortunately. I guess my review is based on what we played and being that there was an important match at Kyle field prices were inflated. It served its purpose but it wasn’t worth the money. I would not Etsy there again

The room was cleaned with a very strong smelling product, most likely Fabulosa. Unfortunately I have asthma and that scent is a horrible trigger for me. We tried to air the room out, but it lingered all through the night. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The initial staff member was absolutely awful...appeared to be asleep when my fiancée checked in on Friday evening. Made him late to an event by her incompetence. On Saturday morning, I went in to book another room and she was brushing her teeth asked me to wait and didnt come back .
