The room was very minimal, cold and lacking any ambience. No photos on the wall old chair in the corner and that is all there was to sit on. The chairs on the deck were dirty and uncomfortable. For the price a total disappointment. Only plus was location and the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend this for a Laguna Beach stay.

The place needs a lot of work. From the mess on my patio to the lack of instruction on parking (still don’t know if I did it right) to what appears to be a place understaffed and under construction it feels like it’s managed on a shoestring budget. Location was ideal

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and the staff was very accommodating, especially Reuben & Armando. Our bed was comfortable and the room was on the street but they provided a white noise machine. The views from the 4th floor were wonderful and it was a great place to relax as well as work. It was a short walk to great coffee and had many wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well. The beach was a short walk across PCH as well.
