Alfombra rota con oyó quemada sucia , tina de Baños vieja deteriorada con la pintura calle dise , lavamanos viejo y tapado ya que el agua se estanca mucho, espejo viejo con manchas por dentro muy feo , camas viejas y aguadas, muebles viejos y detereorado! Necesitan una remodelación completa y urgente!

Séjour en demi-teinte ! Nous étions de passage pour une nuit mais je vous recommande d’aller voir ailleurs ! Le prix est bas mais la qualité de la chambre aussi La chambre était sale, les draps étaient tachés de sang, le matériel très abîmé, et l’infrastructure est très vieille Le seul point positif est la gentillesse du personnel

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is clean and well maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good. Coffee was good and not watered down. I would recommend this hotel if you need a place for a night or two on a budget.

My experience was beyond what I expected. The hotel is the economy range price range but exceeds in service to make it a comfortable stay. Continental breakfast and coffee every morning. It served my needs perfectly. Great location for restaurants and inshape, planet fitness gyms.

The room I was in number 220 was full of bed bugs, I have dozens of welts on my body even a week later. I have reported this Truestay property to the Kern county department of health. Horrible!!!

Got a room tv not working was very dirty asked them to fix the tv they couldn’t come up to fix it moved us to another room tv didn’t work in the new room the toilet had waste in it pee candy wrapped left on the night stand water from sick was coming out cloudy and white afraid to take a shower was noisy people arguing at 3 am kids running around everywhere didn’t sleep well I would not recommend staying here Room was dirty

My stay at the Super 8 Convention Center Premiere Hotel in Bakersfield was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Kal and his incredible team made it clear that guest care is their top priority. I had injured my back on the way there, and without hesitation, they went above and beyond to place me in a room that was not only comfortable but thoughtfully accommodating—making it easy for me to get in and out without added strain. The room itself exceeded expectations—clean, well-kept, and genuinely relaxing. But what really stood out was the attention to detail throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t just your standard fare—it included fresh grilled waffles, muffins, and hot coffee that actually tasted fresh and satisfying. In fact, one of the front desk staff members kindly made my waffle for me, which perfectly captures the level of care and hospitality here. The location is another huge plus. Within walking distance, I found several fantastic dining options. I enjoyed fresh mahi mahi from a nearby restaurant and an incredible avocado and chicken protein bowl that easily rivaled meals I’ve had in much bigger cities. Every staff member I encountered was helpful, friendly, and genuinely invested in making my stay better—from check-in to check-out. It’s rare to find this kind of consistent service. And they have a POOL! Trust me—I’ve done the research. If you’re staying in Bakersfield, this is the place. You won’t regret it.

Do not use this hotel. Was evidently just purchased from Super 8. Run down, old, wouldn't even use the shower,the entire tub and surround was peeling off. This place should not even have a permit to operate
