Great option to stay in short walking distance to the main shopping and dining in Reykjavik. Clean, stylish, apartment like accommodations 1 block from bus stop for local tour pickups. Good value for non hotel amenities/self check in experience.

Stayed at this propoerty with my mom and we loved it! Our flight got in late but checking into the room at 2am was very easy. Some of the most comfortable beds we have stayed on and had great amenities in the room. We also ran into the owner on our way out who was very kind and caring and interested to hear about our stay and very receptive to our small feedback for improvements. Also a great location near the Flybus terminal and the main shopping street.

There was no place to put or unpack suitcases. No place to hang items, one bar with 4 hangers. No hooks to hang a robe or wet towel. Shower had no shelf to put your own shampoo etc. Two towels for two people for 3 nights. Four coffee pods supplied for Three nights. We expected more for the price of this room.

Clean, reasonable, and quiet. The space was smaller than we anticipated and lacked storage or surfaces to make staying there comfortable. As a couple, we felt really crammed in moments of relaxation. Really living out of your bags.

Be prepared for no assistance. Staff may or may not pick up phone. Hotel does not offer car parks, so you need to search. You may be lucky, or maybe not. Place is overpriced at this price level. Good luck

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour à l'hôtel. Il faut noté que ce sont plus des chambres dans un édifice qu'un style hôtel donc pas de réception, ni loby ni services. Cela nous convenait quand même. Les bus passent devant l'hôtel donc très facile de se déplacer en ville. Il est tout près du centre ville mais non directement dans le centre. La chambre était très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Seule chose est que la température de la chambre était chaude, un ventilateur aurait été pratique. Si non, tout était parfait.

This hotel was grossly overrated. At best it is a cheap economy hotel and not even a mid level facility. Everything was “cheap” from the shower and bathroom toiletries to the lack of toilet paper. My friends had no shower curtain or glass so the bathroom became soaked. The lack of human contact is appalling. They have spent capital on building this facility however there is no management capability whatsoever. If you want to have a disappointing stay in Reykjavik, this hotel will fulfill your disappointment.

Checkin is by phone; they send you a code . Our code changed every day at 11am. unfortunately while we were gone. They do not send you notice or a new code. You figure out your code does not work when you return from a day and evening out. You then stand in the pouring rain at 1am trying to contact company but the call in center to get a code is closed for the evening. This all became to much.
