The room view is awesome. The food in their restaurant is tasty. The only thing is that the boiler was out of order in the night we stayed. We got a partial refund after we gave feedback to the platform.

Inn at Whittier is being remodeled. Rooms are good size and some amenities are still needed in the room, But the staff is helpful and got us whatever we needed. The views are gorgeous. The location is most convenient if you are taking a cruise or hiking around. I would stay there again.

The grounds, resturant and rooms were so beautiful, roomy and comfy. The staff, food and drinks were wonderful! Easy to book online and greeted with smiles and warm welcomes from everyone. The food was quick, hot and wonderful! This was the BEST thing happen to us yesterday in our travels. And the location on the pier was amazing to walk around and if youre getting on a cruise... you can walk from Inn to the harbor to catch the ship. Bring your rain gear! THANK YOU to the team for a very welcoming and wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

Great location and friendly staff. Only issue was there's no one there in the morning so you can't ask anyone about storing your luggage before the checks in time. Other than that all was good, WiFi, drinks, food, service on the bat and restraints. The bar tender even leant us some bear spray to take on a home.

Down sides, no one at desk before 11 am. No breakfast available. No daily room service, shower while tiled nicely, lacked shelves or a niche. Up sides, beautiful views, very nice room, food was good , staff was nice.,very convenient location to ships and trains.

A lovely Inn right next to the cruise port and across the street from the Alaska Railroad. We walked from the train to our Inn and from the Inn to our ship in the morning! The bar and restaurant on premises was great. We have beautiful views of the harbor while eating dinner. The rooms have all been remodeled recently. The bedding and bed were so comfortable! We stayed the night before our cruise which was the best scenario. We were already in Whittier for our cruise the next day. We got on board before noon and had the entire day to unpack and enjoy the ship while others were still arriving in town all day long. ONE SUGGESTION - the rooms need a full length mirror. The only mirror in the room was a small one, mounted high up in the bathroom. Put some mirrors in the actual rooms!

No hot water, no front desk staff. We checked in for a night before our cruise. The room was fine but the shade was broken. The next morning there was no hot water. The front desk is not staffed full time, so we called the after hours number at 7 am to report the problem. We called a second number and left another message. At 9 am, we told the desk and they had not checked messages so they were surprised. We went for a walk and came back - still no hot water. We checked out at 11 and we were told the owner was not available. Staff assured us he would call us regarding compensation, but he did not. We sent a message to the inn via hotels.com and received no response.

Way too hot and temp could not be adjusted. The room and hall showed 75deg even though the temp was set to 40. The fan was set to on, but not working. Small room, but very clean.

Super spacious room with a beautiful ocean view. The restaurant in the same building was a great convenience, and the location was perfect, with nice cafés nearby.
