Everything was Great
Michael, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The place looked more spacious in the pictures, but it was pretty small. The giant refrigerator was making already small room even more smaller. We didn’t like the fact a few neighboring residents will be out in the parking lot smoking cigarettes.
Michie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

I liked being downtown close to the shops and dining. Also to be in the centre to the attraction that we drove to.
Irene, 2-night trip

Very cute little place! Would definitely recommend and return!
Donna, 1-night trip

The micro-suite was clean and well-appointed. Good location in the centre of the community; walkable. Sound insulation from corridor noise could be improved.
Joseph, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

We have enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past, however, there is now only one parking spot available for hotel guests. They say parking is limited, but not how limited. Honesty is important, as it allows people to make an informed choice and plan appropriately.

No TV. They did come fix it but only when I asked for my money back.

Id really like to give this hotel a 10 out of 10.Really! Its a great location, an upbeat feel and a European feel. The room is very clean and a European wet room style bathroom which is unique to Canada for a hotel. Everything about the accommodation was great. Even includes a kitchenette with everything you'd require including a full sized fridge. But here's where it turns sour... 1. I'm usually up around 7:30am but here it is almost 9:am and I'm exhausted as I haven't had a wink of sleep..There's a natural gas fitted heater I assume in the bathroom that's a bit loud but that doesn't hide the sound of someone in I'm guessing a room above that continuesly seemed to be walking around " all night long" and continuous opening and closing of doors. I'm a sound sleeper but this was horrendous as there doesn't seem like there's any sound insulation in this building. Would love to have come back to this hotel but unfortunately/ definitely won't because of this reason as I'm absolutely exhausted and of course wanted a great night's sleep as that's why of course we want in a hotel. 2. There's zero reception staff here which is unique and interesting but very glad I wrote down the codes to get into the building as well as the code to get into my room. If you forget to bring those details, boy I wouldn't know how to get in! I emailed them & phoned the night before arriving asking if I could get into my room early ( check in is at 3:pm) at 1:pm as I wanted to shower. No reply....

Bed was a Murphy bed w mattress sloping on both sides, leading one to roll off. Keurig didn’t work. Local pub had great dmfood.

Super location, super simple, appartement room has everything you need, modern and nice view from the room. Really enjoyed and strongly recommend !!! Communication was good with friendly Sabine (?).

No parking available on site. They advertised chairs and a table on the balcony, nothing on any balcony. We got a half roll of toilet paper as the spear roll. There was no toilet plunger and with no one at the front desk and no one responding to text messages, should we have had a bathroom emergency we were left to take care of it on our own. Your location is nothing more than a dormitory.
Neil, 1-night trip

Aucun parking sur place et parking municipal à proximité impossible de rester la nuit. Toutes les commodités pour faire à manger.

Stacy, 2-night trip

A bit confusing to find our room, no on site parking, very small room.

Marie-France, 8-night trip

6/10 Good

Outside security broken on both entrances- when called advised new systems in the mai- was not advised upfront and took two days and four messages for someone to respond. Left hanger on door 3 days before bed changed. Was not what expected. Disappointing
Jodean, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

The morning of my booking i got an text from the host stating there is no on site parking but in the ad it states free parking but behind the building there are signs for the hotel guest parking (see pic) but now i feel like im going to get towed, i couldn't get any contact with the "hotel", the room is in a bit of disrepair but mostly we did not feel safe, exterior door was always kept ajar so no security (see pic)

This is NOT a hotel, it is a rooming house. I have no idea how this place made it on hotel websites. The room has a Murphy Bed, which if you ever owned one, you know they have a cheap mattress on them because any quality mattress would be too heavy to lift and fold the unit. It is also right next to wall air conditioning unit, which couldn’t be louder if it tried. The shower only had piping hot water and it was so small, the one time I used it before deciding to shower at GoodLife, it was too small to turn around in (and I am not a heavy guy, just have decent size shoulders). Two of the toiletries were already open. I keep my head shaved, so I had no need for them, but I still wasn’t impressed. I could go on about the lack of even a box of Kleenex; the half-ply toilet paper and the people around the building, but if you’re still considering this place after getting this far… Enjoy!
Andrew, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Advertised as a studio but actually 1/2 size standard hotel room. Alos they say you don't have parking yet there are 8 spots marked with MBL that were empty for the full 10 days I was there. for the price just go for a true hotel.
Deanne, 12-night trip

6/10 Good

No on site parking was biggest negative issue

It’s fine. Parking was brutal
tim, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Place was great, small but worked with what we needed, only issue was we had parking spot, but half way through our stay they switched the sign from parking for guests to reserved for tenants, so we lost our spot and had to find one on the street, we didn’t get a heads up that that was happening or an explanation
