Staff were very friendly and was so nice we could leave our luggage in the lobby area all day after check out as we had a late flight. Location is very central. Only ding was that our room in pictures looked like it had a balcony area and we didn’t.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spectacular and the location is unbeatable. Directly within old town but with that comes a bit more banter outside of your window. Staff was great and included breakfast buffet was even better! Highly recommend. Parking is just outside the old town walls (8 mins walk) but requires an advance reservation with the hotel. We were a bit early on in the season over Easter break so shopping was not all open yet but restaurants were.

Just stayed 3 nights here with a friend. Standard room is small, but has what you need. Breakfast is good. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the bell tower. It rings starting at 6 AM weekdays, 7 AM on Saturday and 7:30 AM on Sunday. I don’t remember reading about this in reviews. If you stay anywhere near the palace, you’ll be up early.

We loved the hotel location and the staff. It is however very difficult if travelling by car and suit case. Parking is far and many steps to climb with the suitcase. It would have been a total disaster not for the help of staff specifically Ivana.

Fint hotell midt i gamlebyen. Hyggelig betjening med god service og rent rom. Vi bodde der en natt og hadde et fint opphold. Det er ikke et luksus hotell men et fint hotell. Frokosten var god, men kanskje litt lite utvalg.

SO BAD!!! Schrecklich!! So hellhörig, man hört die Leute von draußen, direkt unter mir das Restaurant ist jeden Abend Essengeruch in meinem Zimmer gestiegen. Die Dusche war grauenvoll, es gab kein Duschkopfhalter musste den Duschkopf halten! Die Klimaanlage hat gestunken, ich bin direkt in der ersten Nacht dort krank geworden Halsschmerzen und Husten unmöglich war es die anzulassen. Das Frühstücksbüffet geht ab 7h los, das Personal hatte überhaupt noch nicht alles vorbereitet lief die ganze Zeit rum, man konnte sich überhaupt nicht in Ruhe was rauf tun. Wenn um 7h Frühstücksbüffet los geht, muss auch vorher alles fertig sein, es kamen viele um 7h man will auch Ausflüge machen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr unfreundlich, besonders die Frau an der Rezeption!!! Ich hatte zweimal eine Breakfast Box bestellt, Katastrophal lieblos verpackt einfach nur 3 kleine Mini Croissants das war ein Witz! Mir wurde überhaupt nicht bei meinem Koffer geholfen, ich musste trotz Fahrstuhl den noch weitere Treppen hochtragen. Beim Eingang wurde einen mit seinem Koffer auch nicht mal die Tür aufgehalten oder generell haben Sie nicht gefragt ob sie mir helfen können. Viel zu teuer zudem noch!
