Et virkelig gammelt og nedslidt hotel. Badeværelset var fint og værelset ok, men betræk og håndklæder virkede beskidte. Morgenmaden var fin og personalet var meget venligt. Beliggenheden er god, tæt på medina'en.

My room the street side Very noisy from the taxi station people talking and you can hear them. The room was big enough but very old style Only one thing breakfast was simple One day I ordered omelet for 2 . Me and my husband. When he bought to my table the staff still asked:(. I still wanted it:( because he saw I had 2 boiler eggs on my table) . He gave me one and another one he brought to another table but that table wasn’t taken it. He was bringing me back:) And the lady said one person only one egg:(. I was traveling many countries I never heard about it before. It’s very unprofessional staff. After that happened I never went back to have a breakfast again:) Usually I don’t drink coffee I only eat egg and milk. I will not recommend this place for anyone again:(

It is a very centrical hotel. The staff was very attentive and kind.The rooms have not been updated or taken care of decades, however. I will say, that as a US citizen, we have different standards of what a physical hotel experience should be. I will leave it at that.

hôtel très ancien, nécessitant rénovation, très bien situé face à la médina devant une rue avec énormément de circulation même la nuit. Bonne literie salle de bain très peu fonctionnelle, sans équipement et fenêtres non insonorisées, ayant du mal à fermer et justifiant impérativement des bouchons d'oreille pour essayer de dormir la nuit

1er jour, découverte d'un chambre avec 3 lits (triplets 1 place), pas de de savon. J'ai dû demander de l'aide pour le fonctionnement de la clim (mal réglée, et faisant peu de fraicheur), et surtout pour l'utilisation de la télé (aucune chaines satellites ordonnées de 1 à xxx = pas de télé pendant 8 jours !). la capteur de télécommande était derrière la TV, donc in,inopérant etc.. Autres jours : les bruits de la circulation diurne et nocturne étaient insupportables, sans parler de l'isolation phonique des chambres très insuffisante. L'entretien des matériels de la salle de bain est insuffisant : tuyau de douche fuyant de tous les côtés, barre de rideau de douche rouillée, robinet de lavabo : une horreur : manipulation vers l'eau chaude à faire à 2 mains, l'une pour la poignée supérieure, l'autre pour maintenir la base du robinet mal fixée et siliconée. Aucun tapis de bain au pied de la baignoire pour ne pas glisser en sortant ! Enfin, le joli mobilier en bois du séjour, colle tellement aux objets posés de dessus, qu'il faut décoller les cartes postales lorsqu'on les écrit... Les prises électriques (TV et appareil de décodage satellite), sont mal fixées et de travers. Malgré cette déception globale, le personnel de réception (tous), ont été adorables, accueillants, gentils et compréhensifs. Ps : l'hôtel a réclamé 330 dirhams de taxes locales, et non 17 euros comme indiqués sur le reçu Hotel.com. Il a fallu montrer une copie de mon reçu, qu'ils ont photocopié pour preuve !!
